Meet The CEO
Originally from British Columbia, Canada, Donald studied Computer Science before transitioning into Accounting and Finance, graduating from Mount Royal University in 2006. He later completed his CMA designation while founding Innovative ERP Inc., a consulting firm specializing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Over the course of his career, Donald has advised organizations across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He specializes in ERP implementation, system integration, financial reporting, multi-entity operations, and business process improvement, with experience across industries including manufacturing, oil and gas, telecommunications, aviation, financial services, and digital payments.
Through Innovative ERP Inc., headquartered in Calgary with an affiliated company in London, Donald has led projects involving Azure, SQL, Oracle, BlackLine, Jet Reports, and Power BI, helping organizations reduce manual processes, improve reporting accuracy, and build systems that support long-term growth.
Known for combining deep accounting knowledge with practical technical expertise, Donald focuses on delivering ERP solutions that align with real business needs and provide organizations with stronger financial visibility, greater efficiency, and the foundation to scale internationally.
